Hello people

I was diagnosed with DVT in my left calf yesterday, have to go back to my GP today to be put on the necessary medication. I only want to say that I'm glad to have found this site, and that there are people who are willing to help and share their experiences. .

Welcome and we're glad you found the site too. There is no reason for anyone to suffer alone without help and companionship and your experiences will also help others. Share whatever you find difficult and there is bound to be someone amongst us who has been there before and will share it with you. All the best with the DVT.
