INR of 1.3 after 6 months of Merivan 2.5 mg.

Hi,

I was diagnosed for "Pulmonary embolism" in Sep 2013, I had an INR of 1.2 back then. I was given Merivan 5 mg for almost 2 weeks and the INR jumped high to 4.6.

I changed to 2.5 mg dose, and lately I checked the INR to be 1.3. No more Pulmonary embolism (thank God) but i am a little worried of this low INR level though i am on 2.5 mg does of merivan.

Any suggestions?
