Yes, Min-102 is still ongoing (although I think this phase is coming to an end in coming months). I’m hopeful that it has positive effects but participants have likely been asked not to comment, as it could potentially interfere with the regulatory process.

The MIN-102 is winding down. I have my 6th and final visit in early August, complete with brain MRI and the usual motor tests including the 6-minute walk test. They are asking if I want to go on the open label extension whereby everyone in the study gets put on the active drug for an extra year. I have opted for that as I want to maintain my weight gain.

There are other things in the pipeline for adults, with a 2022 time horizon. Autobahn Therapeutics and SwanBio later.

Have leg symptoms improved? Will three trials be conducted after the data are released at the end of the year. I am looking forward to it.Good luck

I have not seen any visible improvement in the strength of my feet and with my walking after taking the min-102 drug for 20 months. I have only experienced swelling in my legs and a weight gain of 15kg. These side effects make me think I'm probably taking the real drug , not the placebo.

After the trial ends at the end of the year, will there be three more trials? If the symptoms don't get much worse, I think it's a good thing. Expect the highest official figures. Good luck.
