Need to know the issue. For ED, I use a Trimix injection. You have to start low and work your way up to the right dose to avoid a hospital visit for an erection that lasts more than 4 hours. I also keep the real Sudafed on hand because it will help reduce things.

If finishing is delayed, I have found 4-AP, L'Argentine, L'Cartinine, and Alpha Lipoic Acid have helped. I take them daily because you can't take them before sex and have them work.

I agree with mariagno. Going to be pretty blunt here. Trimix is a great solution for ED. Don’t be afraid of the injection, very tiny syringe and worth the outcome. Also anything to help stimulate helps if there is a lack of sensation. A Hitachi wand is great for both. And don’t forget foreplay, it helps with hormones and excitement for both. Wish you luck.
