High Oleic Peanuts

Have you lot seen this?

I don't know if it's genetically modified or not.

I never even knew about these. Selective breeding to increase the Oleic Acid. I eat a lot of these (since I saw them in the shop).

The consensus seems to be that Oleic Acid does nothing for us lot, but it's certainly a lot healthier eating these instead of choking down that mustard seed oil. Unless you have a peanut allergy, that is.

We should make up a list of high Oleic foods.
