Stem cell update?

I know that a few of our members have received stem cell therapy this year. I am sure we would all be interested in hearing an update of your thoughts on this treatment. According to my research, this is still a non-FDA approved treatment, meaning insurance won't cover it. There are also apparently mixed results regarding efficacy. Does anyone know of any clinical trials for this treatment in the US?

Thanks in advance for sharing!
