Trying to update profile but it won't let me put in anything for what medical condition I'm interested in. AMN as both my son and I have it😟

It's not all that intuitive! Just below where a condition is listed, there is a button that says "+ Add Condition". You need to click that and you get a separate window where you can type in the condition and any treatments you are taking. Then save it. You can add as many conditions as you want.

Thank you; I'll try OK, I did and it does the same thing. I enter ALD/AMN and then it does not allow me to go forward - no "next" opportunity. Also tried spelling out the diseases with the same result 😟 Now I can't get this to post

I think I see the problem. The system is set up with some pre-set medical conditions. So, if you type, for example, AMN, it doesn't recognise it. If you type adrenoleukodystrophy it does.

So, try using adrenoleukodystrophy for the moment. I will ask HealthUnlicked to put adrenomyeloneuropathy in at least.

Good for you for having spotted this problem with profiles. I will try and learn more about how it operates.

Tried adrenoleukodystrophy; had done that before. Same problem

When you click on "+ Add Condition" do you get a separate window where you can type in "adrenoleuokodystrophy"? It should offer that as a condition so you can click to register it. Then you click next, and it goes on to ask about treatments you may be taking, how long etc.
