A lady on the facebook Female Carriers of ALD page, pointed out the ALD Connect Patient Portal. Fairly new, it's been up since April but I had not come across it before (apologies if for you it's a repeat). I think it's worthy giving a look and register (well, I did...). The more infos available out there the better.
