I’m so glad the deep recesses of my mind are a happy place

As I’ve mentioned before, I love sitting outside on the deck, listening to the fountain on the lake, feeling the gentle breezes cross my face, hearing the wildlife...just finding a deeply restorative state for my soul. A home away from all the mental confusion that is my day.

This was the setting a few days ago. I had been outside for some time, even had a nice nap, and decided it was time to go inside, unfortunately. As I sat up to rise to my feet I saw Oscar sitting there staring back at me. But....I thought...I didn’t bring him out with me. As I looked closer and he came more quickly into focus I could see he was wearing a big flowered hat while sitting on a beach, just staring back at me. It was a very humorous, relaxing sight. It only lasted 25-30 seconds but it brought a smile to my face while there. I couldn’t help but to recreate the sight for you.

Enjoy!?!
