I have a sister in law who is developmentally disabled who' a mother is at end of stage 5 but has a denial and trouble comprehending status if anyone can help

No she is in Worcester Ma and the mother is on Cape Cod

For Alzheimer's support in resources in Cape Cod: alzheimerscapecod.org/ and also alzmass.org/Support_Groups/ -- you can pull up many contacts for support groups in Mass. that will be useful contacts.
