Things always get in my eyes-Need advice

hey everyone, I was recently diagnosed with alopecia areata and have lost all my eyebrows and half of my lashes.

I always feel like things are getting in my eyes.

Its really stressful and I'm tired of being invalidated by people who don't go through this.

Does anyone have any advice for this? How can I stop it from always feeling like there's something in my eye?

my eyes feel gritty, when I feel like exaggerating I say I have a brick in my eye - just me being silly.

I have found using an eye bag helpful. It is warmed in the microwave for relief of dry eyes or chilled in the fridge and used to help relieve headaches & migraines.

The one I am using at the moment is by The Eye Doctor but there are many on Amazon. You may also like to try warming a damp face cloth and placing it across your eyes, that may also bring some relief.
