This is my first post too . I totally understand how you feel . I have been suffering severe hair loss . My hair which was lustrous is now less than 1/10 th of what it was . Painfully thin and continuing to shed . It’s telogen effluvium and I think possibly stress is the cause. I sincerely hope the loss stops soon. It’s been going on for a year on and off. I am totally distraught. Does anyone been through it and know how this will pan out. Whatever was suggested by dermatologist didn’t work . So believing in staying calm now.
