Hi Nadia I went to see a Chinese doctor who gave me a natural herbal shampoo which made my scalp much more comfortable. I can send you a photo of the bottle if you would like. I took Hydroxychloroquine for a year after diagnosis which seemed to stabilise the FFA. I also saw a Funtional Medical Practioner who recommended I went gluten free/dairy free and sugar free straight away until things had stopped progressing. This seemed to work and now two years after diagnosis, I am gluten free, mostly dairy free and don’t have a lot of sugar in my diet. I am due to see the consultant dermatologist for a check up in the next month. Hope info is of some use. If I can tell you anything else, please feel free to ask Kathryn x
