I'm 30 yrs old female, my ferritin level goes down very low to 10.8, due to which I'm suffering from severe hair fall it's really depressing. Please suggest me something, I want to boost up my ferritin quickly.

Hello, have you asked your GP? I am no expert on supplements. I have very low Vit D, low B12 and below ideal ferritin. I'm supplementing Vit D, Vit B12, and Vit B complex. I'm also taking probiotics. I am going to be asking about whether iron tablets would help to boost ferritin. I've been experiencing hair loss too and, even in my early 50s, finding it upsetting.
