i have read that saw palmetto 1000mg a day helps. anyone have that experience.....

Hello,

I have seen many claims for all sorts of supplements over the years. Unfortunately none are guaranteed to work. What I would suggest is ensuring you look into any side effects of anything you take. I'm not exactly sure what Saw Palmetto is but just be careful if you decide to take any supplements.
