Please contact your doctor and ask for a referral to a Skin Clinc. Your hair might just come back by itself but there are treatments that might work. Sometimes sadly alopecea is permenant but you need to explore any possible remedies as soon as possible.
Good luck

HI, I have a daughter the same age and she has been diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia. Do as deejames suggests, go to your GP, we did to get referral, but we are also lucky that we have private healthcare through my husbands work, so we went to London to a specialist. London seems to be, tbh, the best place to get good specialists. Manchester wasn't great !
Don't despair...take one day at a time.
