Sleep study update.

Well i went last week to see the sleep apena consultant he explained all about sleep apena Ann's what options i have. He showed me the machine and how it works. I tried the nasel mask first which was ok then tried the full mask, that wasn't for me made me feel claustrophobic. So i went home with machine and to see him in 2/3 months. Tried the machine for the 1st time this Monday. It took a bit of getting used to it, people who use one will know what i mean. It's now Friday and things are going ok. Will keep u all update. 😀🤞
