Yes I have been taking Mirtazapine. I take 15 mg at about 9pm and another 15 mg a bit later on. It helps to sleep.
Yes I'm trying to get off it now. I'm currently down to 7 mg and it has been hard going. It certainly hasn't been easy at all.
