Fighting Fibro with Food.

Hi Guys,

Great to see so many people sharing knowledge and thoughts on here! I've been fighting fibro for 6 years now with no medication; this is my first fibro/health forum.

I woke up around 4am with chronic pain in my neck, left shoulder and left arm, the worst it's been for a long time. I've just returned home to England to live after living in Australia for the last 10 years. I've controlled the pain through my diet and the weather seems to affect it too, so this latest flare is due to the wet weather we've been having I think. I've stopped drinking my healthy fibro-fighting Nutribullet smoothies because it's too cold for them! I was wondering if anyone had any tips on foods to eat or to avoid in the winter? I cut out dairy years ago which helped a lot with the pain. Potato's are a no go for me too...... Many thanks :)
