Hello Domrep,

Sorry to hear this, I think we all have been feeling increased experience of symptoms since the weather change. Have you been back to the GP?

I would suggest reading this information on the FibroAction website about medications used for Fibro. The factsheets can be downloaded & you can print them to take with you to the Rhuematologist as you both discuss your medications, which may help.

Here's the link;

Until then some people find relief from hot baths with Epsom salts, this may be worth trying.

I wish your pain away, as do I to us all. Keep Strong, we are here to listen & help if we can

Take Care

I've been using a herb called Boswellia - found it really helpful for pain, tho it can cause upset stomach in some people.

Worth a try. Lovely doc at pain clinic told me to try 2 (rec dose) instead of just 1 as I was worried about feeling pukey on top of everything else.

Tried 2, did not feel sick or anything bad and hadn't eaten first either.

I take co-codamol and tramadol + Valium for muscle spasms. Tried varoius antidepressants but they turned me into a zombie.

I also take a lot of magnesium -epson salts bath is just a form of magnesium and cheaper, vit d3 is important too. I'm lucky, the doc at pain clinic is well up onn herbs etc.

Not what you're looking for?
