Feeling Ill in Run up to AFib

Does anyone else get this.

I have Paroxysmal AFib and get at least two attacks a week usually lasting 18 - 23hrs.

In the past few weeks, I have felt as if in AFib for a couple of days but my Kardimobile says no, although the ECG graph does show more activity, than when in Normal Sinus Rhythm sorry not up to speed on all the correct terms and I realise the algorithms must include a wide range for normal but I am just so tired these past months to learn new things and make them stick. My pulse during these times is about the mid-60s - normally it is in the low 50s ( have been diagnosed with Bradycardia as well) but it is how I feel, I feel tired, ill, sweating which I have nearly daily becomes even worse that actually drips not just damp. I feel as if I have come down with something due to ill feeling and my heart feels so weird and am breathless( how I feel when in AFib) but then after around 2 days I go into actual AFib and once it passes I actually feel better although very tired. Then after a day or so back, the feeling comes until AFib comes as shows up on Kariomobile then repeat.

Is it possible I could actually be in AFib those times despite what Kardiomobile says?

Sorry, it is just all so new ( Dx'd last May) and neither GP or specialist ( seen twice ) has been very forthcoming with information about what is actually going on with me. In and out - guess they expect you to google your condition these days but being so physically and mentally tired all the time it is easier for me to take in the spoken word than pages of info on the screen. I know I should ask more questions but usually just want to curl up and sleep by the time I see them after the wait, not their fault, mine.

Thanks

Perhaps see an EP, privately if necessary as they are the guys who are most informed about our problem.

Think about a ZIO heart monitor for a couple of weeks - the results will give you an accurate diagnosis of what your heart is doing and will greatly help in assessing the best treatment for you.
