As I have previously had a bleeding duodenal ulcer and take 80 mg of Furosemide in addition to Apixaban; is it ok to take Furosemide on an empty stomach?

I take it with Apixaban on an empty stomach as I find it works better for me but, I don't have an ulcer so perhaps check with your pharmacist to be on the safe side.

Yes.

I too take Apixaban and Furosmide on an empty stomach. My advice would be to ask Gp or pharmacist due to your history of bleeding ulcer.

Ask a chemist. They are often more helpful than gps.
