I have been asked to stop one Flecainide 50mg per day ( I usually take three Flecainide per day) and replace it with
one 1.25 mg Bisoprolol
Can I take both together first thing in the mornings.
Thank you all

If you want to. I take all my meds together in the evening. Strange that you were not already taking a beta blocker as this is normal alongside flecainide to prevent unwanted other arrhythmias
I'm just wondering if you've been told this after having an ECG as they can show the possibility of flecainide actually promoting abnormal rhythms. It was doing that to me. I feel so much better without it and now you too may feel a little better, see how you get on.
I can't see a problem with taking your pills together. Nurses would certainly give you them altogether in hospital.

Strange Flecainide is rhythm control and Bisoprolol is for rate control. I would ask for an explanation and note it down. These days you need to keep your own medical file (incl copy of all tests) to remind medics and yourself!
