Published on 20/09/24 a very interesting article which references current thinking on AF such as it may present in different forms of AF etc.Well worth a read.

I'm doing their Strong Woman fundraiser during the month of October, a set of different exercises each day. So far so good although I couldn't do as many as they suggested yesterday !

Have a nice ,dry , day all!

I now have visions of you in a leopard print leotard, leg warmers and a bandana, putting your leg behind your neck, listening to Eric Prydz. 🤸‍♀️🏋‍♀️

Lol! Bit like Rocky Balboa! I'm 'adapting' some as clearly would do myself a mischief!

I like that Prof Barbara acknowledges that the uncertainty of PAF can really affect peoples confidence and quality of life. Sounds like some good research is being done ..

Take care strong woman .. many thanks x.

How are you doing the fundraising? Are you sponsored?

wilsond profile image
wilsond in reply toOmniscient1

It's a daily exercise to do,full instructions, no equipment involved except tins of beans. I am doing fundraising via a justgiving page, but also cash donations. From family and friends .BHF Strong Woman ,its on their site and you download the information from there. Xx

that’s an interesting read and great to see a different viewpoint that it maybe more than one condition. It would be very interesting to see interim results of their study as it progresses
