I had a cardioversion few weeks ago which was successful. But after 2 weeks went back into af only because my Fitbit told me which was confirmed by ecg . I didn’t feel any different though . Any ideas what the next option is likely to be . Thanks .

Success
Since it seems you are asymptomatic then provided that your rate is well controlled and you are anticoagulated for stroke prevention if appropriate probably not a lot.
Asymptomatic 🤔
You said the only way you knew you were in AF was due to the fitbit so you have no symptoms of AF.

Plenty of reading there for you but we’re all different so will come down to a conversation between you and your Electrophysiologist (EP).
Best wishes
You likely need antic-coagulant but, if the AF is not symptomatic, well - that is a major bonus. I think many live with persistent, even permanent, AF. An elderly friend, now 91, has had it for many years now. You are still quite young though so need to be sure to have a full investigation by a cardiologist to work out the best way forward (drugs / ablation). If necessary, treat any weight, diabetes, sleep apnoea and hypertension issues.
