Today’s Independent has an article, with the same title as the header, which reports that scientists have shown conclusively that taking blood pressure medication in the evening is no better than taking it in the morning to protect against heart attack, stroke, heart failure or death. Worth a read.

I always take mine at night. I am on Levothyroxine and I take that first thing and wait until breakfast 30 minutes later then diabetic meds with breakfast then last thing BP and my statin. I have all these alarms set on my phone for all of them. Great life!
There is a reference in the second article to contradictory findings concerning whether there is a best time to take blood pressure medication. I think the point is that the most recent study -referred to in the Independent-establishes definitively that there is no best time, i.e. it is a more comprehensive study which resolves the issue.
