Hot weather

Hi all, I had af a while back, had a successful cardioversion and was back in sinus for 7 or 8 months.

I have a holiday home in Turkey and have been here for 8 weeks. A week ago my af returned. If I lay on my bed with the aircon on for a while I return to sinus.

Has anybody else experienced this?

Thanks.

no not experienced this but it could be that your breathing slower and giving heart a chance. I always find breathing longer breaths in and out through the nose for 5-10mins is beneficial more like breathing meditation and trying to relax gets rid of my ectopics.

I read James Nestors book Breath which reminds us that breathing through the nose is essential to healthy living.
