Blood pressure
I have had a systolic number low like that and it's usually made me feel really drained. Once it happened when I was in hospital and I was told to drink water to bring it up. So perhaps try that.

That would not normally be a concern. Low BP is classified as under 90/60 ....either systolic or diastolic. Mine is very often in 90s so no cause for concern ( sometimes drops briefly into high 80s if I'm not hydrated sufficiently)
I have low blood pressure and at times mine drops below 90/60. I can go into the 80’s but this is usually after l have eaten, or when l have relaxed after a stressful event. I always drink loads because of having low blood pressure and try to have smaller meals, but l am always really hungry!! It doesn’t make me feel great when it drops, but thankfully it goes back up again. If l have been desperate, l have a caffeine drink like tea or coffee. I know we shouldn’t with AF., but needs must. It does bring it back up. I am still alive with it, but it does concern me at times.
I can tell when mine goes under 90/60 as i feel a bit weak. Drinking water usually brings it back up.
some drugs can lower BP significantly, particularly beta blockers. Mine was frequently in the low to medium 80’s with a diastolic of mid 50’s for over 4 years and it is draining. No longer on beta blockers and BP over 100 systolic. Hydration is very important but speak to your GP or practice nurse if you are concerned .
Many people have this. My daughter-in-law, a nurse, is like you. If it used to be much higher, and there has been a change, then do mention this to your doctor. With naturally low BP, you might feel dizzy on standing, especially if you have not drunk recently. A drink will help, in that case.

Today I'm having an 'off' day, my BP has been between 90/41 and 93/47 on each reading and I have the throat tightness, lightheadedness, fatigue etc - the full monty.I've had two other days like this in the last three weeks, it's lasted the full day each time and I've been fine the next day.
My Kardia says unclassified or possible AF.
I am waiting for results of an echocardiogram, holter and exercise test from the cardiologist so I don't know if there's any point calling the GP. I think I'm best to sit it out and hopefully I'll be right as rain tomorrow 🤞.
If been at rest then BP is around 90/57...very likely due to Bisoprolol. GP planning to monitor incase to reduce doseage.......Ive learned how to live with it, generally by moving a little first, before standing up etc.....or if move to quick could feel dizzy
I have chronic low blood pressure so much so that I couldn't take my rate control medicine. My doctor had me try 1 gram of sodium pills for a period and it didn't help. He put me on Midodrine to raise my BP so that I could take my beta blocker. I drink water and eat salty foods to try to keep the BP up. One thing that has helped bring me out of AF is Gatorlyte. Artificial sweeteners don't seem to be a trigger for me. It has magnesium and potassium in it. I don't know if it's the potassium because I do have to supplement my P. level or if it's the fact the mouth of the bottle is wide. To drink and not dribble, I have to pace my drinking which may affect my breathing. 🤷♀️
