Sorry if you’re eating your dinner but anyone had diarrhoea after taking Flecainide for first time or indeed not first time? I asked cardiologist but he said it was more likely an upset stomach.

yep… resolved after stopping it. … not just runny tummy, but blimey, when you gotta go, you gotta go !!

Yes, I had same. Quite a low dose of 50mg. Consultant says stomach bug but too much of a coincidence??!

Only just seen this post so I will add my experience. I have had IBS d for 25 years but manage it . Been on Flec 7 weeks, its gives me constipation which is a novelty then goes the other way😳 but hey ho it seems to be improving my PAF.
