I had a second ablation on May 10th. They got the major source of SVT byt were unable to get the left atrium source if PACs. My pre-ablation monitor showed a 12% burden of SVT and a 19% burden of PACs. My post ablation monitor showed no SVT and a 25% burden of PACs and quite a bit of inappropriate sinus tachycardia. The EP has recommended Rythmol and perhaps another ablation if I don't tolerate the meds. I don't know what to do. I'll try the Rythmol, but meds have not been easy on me.

I was on propafanone (rhythmol) for many years at quite high doses and apart from a slightly metalic taste in my mouth had no issues with it at all.
Been on propafenone (Rythmol), 725mg/day for >3 years. No noticeable side effects, nice job of controlling AF.
