went to the docs this morning with my watch ECG results. It was showing an odd reading when not in AF and now been diagnosed with ectopic couplets too. 🤦♀️😫

Good morning Babs. Sitting reading your post and I was wondering what watch you have and does your Doctor accept the watch readings. I don't want to be one of those that becomes obsessed with constantly looking which I am sure is quite normal to begin with but I go for walks in the park etc on my own and I thought having one would be a good idea so I could better pace myself and not overdo it. Any suggestions as to which ones work best would be great. Thank you.
Hi. I’ve just upgraded to the Apple Watch 9 because it has the ECG app I only check mine when I’m feeling iffy yes the doctor was very impressed with it and said it helps see just exactly is going on checked my stats and they were accurate with the watch’s results If it hadn’t been for my watch, I wouldn’t have known I had AF I think if you have any issues a smart watch is a must have
