Hello,I had a pacemaker put in a half years for persistent AF. About six months later I had the ablation part. I can honestly say it was much easier than the other three ablations that I’d had. I had a light sedation and recovered quite quickly. Afterwards I felt the best I’d felt since AF struck in 2015. Although you are still in AF I don’t feel it at all so it’s much easier.

Good luck to you.

thank you for your reply. I have had AF for about 30 years, it got to the point as I was passing out between AF and normal sinus rhythm, I am now on 7mg of bisoprolol daily and 300mg flecainide, I am truly giving up fighting a procedure, so my name is down for one.Hope life is now better for you.
