AF - massage no go for me.

First of all, I would want to thank everyone who answered my previous question regarding PAF and massage.

I looked at a number of massage techniques before deciding on "Bowen Therapy," which is a comprehensive, light-touch approach to muscular manipulation.

I was dubious at first, but after the treatment, I felt very relaxed and chilled.

Unfortunately, I experienced full-blown PAF around 4 hours later, which persisted for 12 hours.

I am convinced my vagus nerve was stimulated by the head and neck manipulation.

Going forward, it looks like I won't be able to undergo subsequent body contact treatment.
