SVT ablation and headaches, tingling
Headaches and migraine auras are very common after AF ablation - they are mentioned on the Recovering from Ablation leaflet, written by patients not doctors. If you haven’t, you will find it on the AFA website - it used to be a pinned post but as the member who posted it has now left - seems to have disappeared.

The question to ask is whether or not the atrial septum was punctured during the ablation as this is usually the link when people experience migraines. If just a headache and your EP is not concerned it could be from the drugs you had, especially if GA or if you have been resting, postural due to tensing of the muscles in your neck or it could have absolutely no connection and be something else. Whatever the cause it’s unlikely to be anything to worry about so give yourself the best chance of success and stop worrying about it - and yes you can stop worrying - distraction works really well!
‘Tingling’ in the area of catheter insertion I’ve never heard of but the sensation is more than likely caused by the area healing, it’s something I’ve experienced in other areas of my body whilst healing.
Wishing you speedy recovery and long lasting NSR
