That's all you wanted wasn't it a full refund. Not much to ask for when they couldn't supply the coach you'd booked which gave more room for your husband. I hope you told them graciously that you weren't going to sue them for the stress you that they put you through.

Well,Flapjack what a 24 hours yes. I girded up my girdle and as I come from.a long line of hardboiled old bats,called on their influence.Quite a lot of phone calls with Important Executives, legal and insurance. Stuck to my guns but did quake in my slippers a bit.
