If you are suffering from any heart condition PLEASE refer to the you tube channel " York Cardiology " with Dr Sanjay Gupta he explains everything you maybe going through his channel has helped no end he covers everything that you may be going through his advice on magnesium has halved my symptoms please take time to check out his videos what harm can it do??
