Dont know if this is old news, but found an excellent cardiologist on you tube from York UK. Having struggled to get a cardiologist to understand my stomach and heart problems are related I came across this guy who not only acknowledged it, but also explained in. He has lots of videos on heart including A fib, SVT, ectopics, palps and explains what they are and how to identify them. He also has a video on magnesium and I am now giving them a go. Check him out!
Mainly due to the efforts of a member called Steve, Dr Sanjay Gupta is a well known and highly respected contributor to this forum. Because of him, I have just purchased my first ever supplement....Magnesium Taurate...watch this space!
Brilliant stuff, been on it 3 days. I am trying it too! I think my SSR med - Ranitidine effects absorption so not sure how much benefit I am seeing?
I used to take magnesium tourate , it definitely helped reduce palpitations, I slept better and blood pressure reduced. I did find (like a lot of people) that it upset my stomach. Just received some magnesium chloride oil so i'm going to start taking that today
I get more information from Dr Sanjay Gupta than my own cardiologist!!! He's a godsend to us all.
