I have AF plus asthma

I find if I don’t sleep with a fan on I struggle even with the windows open

I read that it’s bad for asthma sufferers but I find the opposite , I woke short of breath today around 4am but found half hour down stairs with the stronger fan after 40 mins I was fine

My oxygen levels are fine my EF is 50 normal I just wondered if others had this problem with AF / asthma

It does concern me but my echo seemed positive

Have you been checked for sleep apnea which can also give breathlessness. My apnea equipment gives me a constant airflow through a mask, and that might be what your fan is helping with.
