Best one yet! Moist and lemony, I do put in a big scoop of mixed seeds that said to reduce spikes 🤞🏻

When I make cakes I reduce the sugar in the recipe and substitute ground almonds , grated coconut and polenta for a lot of the white flour. It does not give the heavy quality wholemeal flour can produce . Your cake looks gorgeous.

yes I experiment with lower sugar, in fact I can use a substitute low sugar. Some almond flour too.
