Just a quick up date. Two years from RF PVI.

No Afib.

No beta blockers.

BP very good.

PM has 8 years of life left, most energy used downloading daily data dump.

Upon reflection should have gone ahead with ablation with first signs.

Vivid dreams from beta blockers stopped.

Took me longer than I thought to get energy levels back up again.

Continuing with the Oceans Protocol Xarelto 15mg trial.

Annual follow up is "nurse protocol" no more EP visits.

After the journey what I have I learned?

Diagnosis and broader medical understanding of prevalence of AFIB in Australia is very much a works in progress.

As I progressed on the journal I realised I was having undiagnosed AFIB at least 6 years before first diagnosis.

Good luck all!
