The heart is “most beautiful place on earth”

(Not my words but they resonate) Have a beautiful healthy week ahead.

Mystic Poet Rumi say’s the heart is “most beautiful place on earth”  Did you visit it today?

I hope you did…because it is more important now than ever to visit our hearts.

During my Esoteric Studies, I was taught that the heart is an organ of perception.

Its primary function is to look beyond the obvious, the boundaried surface of things, and see into a deeper reality.

The concept of Heart Coherency explains that… The electromagnetic field of the heart is the most powerful of the body, a thousand times more intense than that of the brain.

This electromagnetic field created by the heart expands beyond the body. They can measure it about 4 metres out, but it is believed that it could go indefinitely. The heart can perceive, make decisions, and take independent action faster than the brain and it has its own memory. The heart is the door to our intuition.Let me repeat that. The heart is the door to our intuition. If we want to access the magical and beautiful life our hearts know its possible - we need to follow our intuitive guidance.

We simply can’t do this without the intelligence of our heart. And imagine a world when everyone is in resonance with their hearts….what a world that will be! The heart is like an antenna that perceives subtler levels of existence.

It is the heart that recognises the real from the unreal. It is our heart that wisely prompts us - “this one, this one”  - when all the world and our mind might be saying “that one” We all have subtle subconscious faculties we are not utilising.

Beyond the limited analytic intellect is a vast realm of mind that includes extrasensory abilities; intuition; wisdom; a sense of unity; aesthetic, qualitative and creative faculties. Heart Attunement is when there is coherency between the mind and heart, bringing us to embodied aligned action. When our minds and hearts are in union we make decisions from a place of alignment and harmony and activate our highest potential.

And, as we enter a new technological era with the advent of AI (artificial intelligence, clue is in the name) it is our heart that will alert us to when that poem, story or image you are looking at is born of spirit love or binary code that can never hold the living waters of life…. Now is the time to visit our hearts so that we may know how to listen to the Wisdom of our Hearts when the time comes for us to discern the true from the false.

Beautifully put, Tony, I completely agree with you and that’s another reason why I don’t wish to go down the ablation route myself. I think there’s an awful lot more yet to be discovered about the heart and it’s interactions with the brain and the rest of the body. A fellow Rumi fan here, too😊

You are absolutely on the mark. If you haven’t already come across it - the foundation studying combination of intellect and heart intelligence studying the Heart EMF and brain connection is HeartMath. Their current website has unfortunately become rather commercial but I like this video explanation from 10 years earlier. I found their training and the Inner Balance Tech very helpful in my early days of AF.

That information is amazing Tony and so easy to absorb and understand, thank you for sharing.

Bruce Lipton talks about the brain heart connection in his books. Biology of belief is worth a read.

Thanks for this. I can see the connection between heart and mind, but I think that there is a subtle boundary between intuition and prejudice that we have to be careful of. Intuition is something we build with experience, but we have to be aware that, particularly as we age, we are aware when we are being intuitive and when we are being prejudiced.

Good distinction - which is why I like HeartMath because it gives you bio-feedback on heart coherence through monitoring HRV.

Well said, I have read very little but it sounds definitely feasible.

Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏I am only at the very start of my journey, but have always felt this "coming out" from the heart space when vibrating at a positive frequency (such as when rings circle outwards from a pebble dropped into the water), but have never realised what it was, whether I was completely imagining it, or whether other people experienced it too. Now I am excited to explore this further 😊.

Thank you again ❤️

spend a few minutes each day smiling at your heart and lungs. Smile whilst holding palm of one hand over your heart, other hand flat just below your navnavel. You can slowly massage both areas whist smiling and thanking your heart for all the work it does on your behalf. Beating hour by hour, day by day, week by week, month by month, year by year, decade by decade. Smile and give thanks. Try it.

I visited Rumi’s grave in Konya many years ago (and saw his followers perform their turns) so find your essay interesting. Thanks for the memories!

ps. It was the dervishes we saw whirling at Konya where I also visited Rumi’s grave - and the next year or so, I believe they came to Sadlers Wells! I went with a group of Sufis through a lovely place I visited here then, called Beshara.

thank you so much, Tony, for bringing a different perspective to the discussion and for reminding me of what I had almost forgotten☺️

Hi

Mmmmm!

I certainly have womens' intuition.

But I thought it was based genuinely on putting facts good and bad together and arriving on sensibility.

Regardless I think your breakdown is ultimately fair.

cheers JOY. 74. (NZ)
