PFA Ablation next week...

Dear "colleagues"!

Quick note, going for a Pulsed Field Ablation next week - you've all been so supportive in the past so I thought I'd dash off a quick one. I will let you know the outcome since a few have mentioned PFAs and all our pasts have been turbulent as we all attempt to manage our own chaotic rhythms!

Best wishes to you all on our varied paths, solutions and above all our noble efforts to keep our head and hearts on straight. With gratitude to those who continue to help improve our quality of life- whether it be our health care givers, or you folks our collective of Afibbers!

That GIF doesn't play on HU sorry.. a bit more amusing than what I'd posted... the heart starts upside down, then a wrench comes and rights it straight! If only it was so easy!

Wishing you a successful Pulsed Field Ablation. It will certainly be interesting to hear about it afterwards.

Have a successful ablation Iris. Let us know how it goes. I had mine 3 days ago (cryoablation) and it wasn’t at all scary. Just make sure you’ve read those prep sheets a few times and have a good source of pre-cooked meals! Good luck!
