I will be having SVT ablation soon and I see from the letter that it also includes this flutter line thing. I have not seen any reference to this in the forum. Has anyone had this done ?

Yes I did. Its like breaking an electrical circuit . Atrial flutter presents as fast arrythmia, and travels around the upper chambers of the heart, most often the left,in a circle pattern. It is easy to identify and the break is very effective, more so than AFib. 95 to 97% effective first time!

I had both, and flutter always made me so rough.

None now at all.

Good luck! Xx

Thankyou Makes sense, it is just a normal flutter fix.

Yes, it’s the usual flutter procedure I think but mine was only mentioned after the ablation in the report.

Thank you . Maybe it is often fixed at the same time as svt ablation
