Tantaanna follow up. Has anyone had this?

my follow up story. Since my 2030 ablation goes well- noticed a few funky beats some time back- only when I lied down at night and after resting it would quit and I’d sleep like a baby.

Since December- I’ve had the beats increase during the day and noticed a fluctuating heart rate ( started during my exercise).

The worse part is a headache that happens when it goes up and down. Consulted my Texas Dr, wore Holter, (lots of pac’s) Told to try 30mg Ditalzam (immediate release) then metroptol fast acting release/ excruciating headache with the metoprolol-

You all need to know is that I left my first EP here in my home state and traveled to Texas and had the a different EP ( heard of this EP in this site)

Now I’m trying to get help with either here or Texas- Texas will ablate again- but waiting

Here I can’t see EP till June but have had lovely Cardiac nurses to talk to

Blood pressure high also. Went to ER - yesterday and told to take 180 mg Ditalzam- not worried about BP

This headache is the worst! Tomorrow I’m going for a cranio massage. I’m also increasing my magnesium and using other herbal -essential oils to try a more natural way

OOPS 2020 ablation

Why don't you just ask for a trial off the Metoprolol? The diltiazem does basically the same. Way above my pay grade, but based on my own experience, I doubt either one will completely fix what is going on anyway. Also, curious about what type of ablation they are offering you now? You only mentioned PACs. Maybe another opinion is in order.
