Has anyone had to go off of Ozempic due to rapid heart rate? I had an ablation a year and a half ago for AFib and now when I started Ozempic after 3 days I woke up with my heart raving at 162 bpm. It felt like AFib anc then after deep breathing it started to go down to 157 then 128 and tachycardic for 45 min. I went to emerge and they said to stop the Ozempic and checked out everything. Blood work all good and my heart went back to NSR.
