Great video, he certainly calls a spade a spade!
Interesting section on digestive enzymes. We all know the gut is linked to the heart via the Vagal Nerve so that makes a lot of sense.
I will throw digestive enzymes into my mix of pills and see if my PVC's and PAC's improve.
