However, listening to Tim Spector of ZOE on Radio 4 this morning, he said coffee had more health benefits than green tea !!!!! Who'd have thunk that !!!!!

But AF benefits are another matter of course.

Coffee not advisable when on bisoprolol due to caffeine, whether green tea does same I'd have to check

green tea high in caffeine don't know if that makes a difference, so may have same effect as strong coffee
