SVT and use of Creatine

I have recently started going back to the gym and doing weight training.

Since starting back my SVT has been a lot better and i really believe that because my chest is being widened that it has helped

My SVT was always brought in due to food and nothing else.

My ablation helped a little but it wasn't a cure.

The question I is creatine a safe suppliment to take with SVT.

Ive Googled it and found dozens of mixed reports.

Does anyone have any experience with this.

Why add a supplement if you have a normal diet? Fish and meat contain it.

Creatine side effects

Weight gain.

Muscle cramps.

Muscle strains and pulls.

Stomach upset.

Diarrhoea.

Dizziness.

High blood pressure.

Liver dysfunction.
