To everyone over the last couple of days who took time to empathise, sent love and hugs and good advice thank you so much

Still have the AF mainly the HR being up but thankfully the palpitations are only slight (my Apple Watch tells me of ones I’ve not felt so although not as good as I was I’m thankful I’ve not fully descended in the AFchaos

My personal worries I’ve taken the bull by the horns and kicked the backside of it and said what will be will be - I feel liberated 😂 now I have to stay there!!
