Thanks for posting. I’m so pleased to see mainstream research into nutritional supplements. Hopefully we will see some larger follow up studies.
For 12-months I was having 40 000 Ectopics per day, with a heart rate in the low 30s. - After having heard that a couple of squares of 90% dark chocolate par day can correct heart arrhythmia, I gave it a try; two days later and for the next three months, my heart was firing on a Normal Sinus Rhythm at around 70bpm. Coincidence or Chocolate? There may be something in the theory!
I'm not sure I would consider a 1.4mm Hg reduction in systolic BP to be very significant.
